
Anastasios Xynos received his Diploma of Engineering in Computer Engineering and Informatics Department (CEID) of University of Patras, Greece and he is currently a PhD student at School of Electrical & Computer Engineering, NTUA. He is currently working as a Junior Research Associate in ICCS. More specifically, he is working on QUEENS3, a European Space Agency (ESA) project concerning embedded computing and AEOLIKOS, an NSRF part-funded research project on Wind Lidars and real-time signal processing. His main research interests include digital circuit design (RTL & VLSI), hardware accelerators (mainly FPGAs), digital signal processing, embedded systems, approximate computing, computer vision, etc.
